All Academy courses are based on real-world statistics, research, and case studies. Students aim arriving at learning outcomes and practices that last a lifetime.

Physical fitness is always a hassle in the modern age. We tend to say “I’ll work out later.” What if “later” becomes “never?” This course is an interactive, intensive program with a firm goal in mind. I help you get there with a tailored exercise program, nutrition, and mental health techniques.

GROW YOUR OWN FOOD

It seems simpler than it looks – but growing your own food is a rewarding way to connect with the Earth and the universe. I show you how you can save money and eat well by creating your own garden, no matter where you are!

SHAME

Shame is everywhere in our culture. Just through living, we cultivate an “aura of shame.” Shame is a root cause of anxiety and depression, and is based in anger and fear. What is your shame? Together we name and unlock shame, so we can move forward in life with greater courage.

DISCOVER YOUR KWAH

“Kwah” is that time you had complete clarity of vision, a sense of purpose, what seems like a neverending “flow” of creativity, inspiration, and energy. But how can you unlock it in your daily life? We search together for “the light within” and remind ourselves we can live brighter.

YOU DON’T NEED A JOB

A lot of us hesitate leaving the security of a “job” for an entrepreneur lifestyle. I show you how you can make your skill – or even hobby – a practical business through cooperation and collaboration.

It’s one of the greatest struggles of our time – talking about race in an honest and open way. By addressing the “elephant in the room,” we try to relate our experiences and question prejudices, and why they persist in the modern age.

HEART OF CHEER

Cheerleaders encourage the home team to overcome adversity and win, win, win! But when the game is over and the crowds are gone, who cheers for the cheerleaders? Heart of Cheer is a cheerleaders’ guide to mental fitness, resilience, muscle rejuvenation and more.
